SHAOLIN FIST WAY KUNG FU

Shaolin Kung Fu is one of the oldest martial arts in the world, dating back to approximately 500 AD. and was developed over centuries. Inspired by the movements, spirit, and fighting techniques of animals, Shaolin Kung Fu is a powerful and beautiful martial art that combines physical skill with philosophical teachings.

One of the most famous styles of Kung Fu is the legendary 5 animal style, which we teach. Each animal represents  different skills and characteristics developing various parts of the body and spirit.


THE LEAPARD: Developes speed, agility, and explosive power. It's tactics are particularly effective against larger opponents.

THE DRAGON: Cultivates wisdom aThe Snakend inner strength. It shows you how to harness your inner spirit and "ride the wind."

THE SNAKE: Builds flexibility and endurance. It pulls the other styles together by developing chi energy, accuracy, and timing.

THE TIGER: Teaches strength and courage. It strengthens the Bones and muscles, providing the "hard" or external power of the style. 

THE CRANE: Teaches grace, balance, and precision. It provides the "soft" or internal balance, focusing on vitality, endurance, and precise counter-attacks.

By utilizing hand strikes, kicks, and traditional forms—choreographed movements that mimic real-life combat situations, Shaolin Kung Fu practitioners develop a 


ROOTED FOUNDATION: You'll learn to draw power from the ground up through strong stances, ensuring your base is unshakable.

DYNAMIC MOBILITY: Through agile jumps and sweeping moves, you develop the balance and agility needed to change levels instantly.

EXPLOSIVE ENERGY: By coordinating your breathing with your movement, you ignite your Chi to fuel every strike, where the whole body works as one.

PRECISION STRIKING; We develop "snapping" per. You'll master front kids with pinpoint accuracy and crescent kicks designed to strike with speed and surprise from angles your opponent won't see coming.


Beyond empty-hand skill, you will master traditional weapons of  Shaolin Kung Fu. Weapons training is about moving with the weapon making it apat of your own body. Weapons training teaches you to handle reach, weight, and momentum, refining you empty-handed techniques.

THE SPEAR: Focus on precision and "coiling'" power through small openings.
